Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after purchase.

Please allow additional processing time during major sales, holidays, or promotional events, when order volume may be higher.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of your order
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package at any time using the link provided in that email.

A tracking number is provided for every order. Carrier delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

Lost or Missing Packages

Important information about delivered, missing, or stolen packages.

Every order from Thele Treasures includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from our shop to your door.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, the shipment is considered in the carrier’s possession and responsibility.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered”, the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping carriers often record GPS delivery coordinates when a package is delivered.

Because of this confirmation, Thele Treasures cannot replace or refund packages that show a confirmed delivery scan.

If you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, garage, or side doors)
  • Asking household members if they brought the package inside
  • Checking with neighbors in case the carrier delivered nearby
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier for GPS delivery confirmation

In some cases, carriers may mark packages delivered 24–48 hours before the package physically arrives.

Reporting Missing Packages

If your package appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information so we can assist you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with missing package claims reported more than 7 days after the delivery confirmation date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Thele Treasures is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Package Theft

If a package is confirmed delivered but later stolen, this is considered mail theft.

We recommend filing a report with your local police department and the shipping carrier.

For added security, customers may choose to ship to a PO Box, workplace, or other secure delivery location.
