Return & Refund Policy

At Thele Treasures, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.

Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will be canceled and closed, and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Thele Treasures will provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is processed.

Please ship items back in their original condition and packaging when possible.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Final Sale Items

Some items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Items in our Clearance Collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Opened Items & Collectibles

Because our products are micro collectibles, items that have been opened, sorted, or used may not be eligible for return.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Orders that appear partially used, opened, or altered may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

We’ve made returns simple through our self-serve return system:

  1. Log in to your Thele Treasures account.
  2. Go to your Order History.
  3. Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Click Request Return.
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
  6. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your items back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Due to the small and collectible nature of our items, opened or used products may not qualify for a refund.

Order Verification

To ensure accuracy, orders may be photographed, weighed, or documented during the packing process.

This documentation may be used to verify the contents of an order if questions arise regarding missing items.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items returned damaged, used, missing pieces, or different from what was originally shipped may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund.

Return Abuse

Thele Treasures reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive return activity or suspected abuse of our return policy.

By placing an order with Thele Treasures, customers agree to these return and refund policies. Thele Treasures reserves the right to refuse service, refunds, or returns that do not comply with these policies.
