We’ve gathered answers to the questions we get asked the most — so whether you’re hunting for your next favorite mini or need a little help with an order, you’ll find it all right here.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders ship within 1 business days. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated!
Where do you ship from?
All orders are proudly made and shipped from North Texas, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international options soon!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we can provide a prepaid return label — the cost will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that Clearance Collection items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
How do I start a return?
You can easily start your return through our self-serve return system:
- Log in to your Thele Treasures account on our website.
- Go to your Order History and select the order you’d like to return.
- Click Request Return next to the item(s).
- Follow the prompts — once approved, we’ll email return instructions and a label.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us a message with what you have in mind, and we’ll discuss design and pricing.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us right away with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible! Email Samantha@theletreasures.com

What are your minis made of?
Each mini is 3D printed from high-quality plastic filament (PLA) — durable, lightweight, and environmentally friendly.
Are the colors random or can I choose them?
Our packs usually include a fun mix of random colors. If you’d like specific colors or themes, custom requests are welcome — just message us before ordering.
Do you have seasonal or themed packs?
Yes! We release holiday and seasonal packs throughout the year, including Christmas, Halloween, and more. Keep an eye on our shop for new arrivals!
Can I hide these around my school, office, or town?
Yes! Many of our fans love hiding minis for others to find — it’s part of the fun! Just be sure to do so safely and respectfully.
Are these safe for children?
Our minis are not toys and contain small parts that can be a choking hazard. They’re best suited for ages 4 and up or adult collectors.
